Versatile Geometry initially began a design exploration of modernist and minimalist logos. These explorations begin in a flat 2d world and evolve into dimensional 3d shapes. They were meant to explore the simplicity yet complexity of minimalist design. We wanted to explore the idea that simple shapes can evoke a sense of value and luxury. That combined with the illusion of physicality, it brings a sense of reality to flat 2d imagery and introduces the idea that simple shapes can be complex as well. Eventually, the project has evolved into an exploration of abstract 3d shapes compositions and materials commonly found in product design and CMF material explorations. Showcased here are examples done using Adobe Illustrator and Cinema 4Dās Physical Renderer.
